The Controller determines the purposes and means of processing personal data, such as branding, marketing, financial, personnel, etc. administrative and for the management of business, goods, services, customer, supplier and cooperation partner relationships.
The Controller is independently responsible for the processing of personal data for its own purposes, such as the fulfillment of contractual obligations, data processing for retail purposes, etc.

Furniture warranty and post-warranty repair, furniture preventive maintenance, problem solving in the Skandi Mēbele furniture warehouse, customer visits, servicing of furniture rental agreements and provision of furniture repair services requested by customers, as well as organization of furniture installation and delivery.
Service provision documentation is created manually or using the company's internal documentation system, which ensures the recording of information on the work performed, its volume and progress. This allows the customer to obtain an overview of the repair and service process.
The legal basis for processing this data is: Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, as well as Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation: processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject – Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
Repair acts and furniture repair execution solution descriptions are stored for 2 years, but the customer acceptance act and accompanying documents are stored for 5 years. Service cooperation agreements and technical maintenance agreements with legal entities are stored for 10 years to ensure our legitimate interests, and the data is stored in the documentation system for 5 years.
3. For financial, accounting and personnel accounting - for the purpose of accounting, resource planning, accounting of services provided, payment, tax, debt administration; accounting of goods/services received, payment; accounting of information necessary for employment relationships with employees, accounting of wages; accounting of settlements with the company.
