Warranty and returns

After receiving the furniture, did you notice a manufacturing or transportation defect?


Don’t worry, we will fix all issues. If possible, please send us photos of the defect by email so we can resolve the inconvenience faster. All warranty service information can be obtained by calling +37122468629 or writing to [email protected].


You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them. All money paid for the product will be refunded to the buyer. To return furniture, the following conditions must be met:


The returned item must be in its original packaging (you may carefully open the package by cutting the tape);  

The item must not be damaged due to the buyer’s fault.  

If the reason for return is poor quality, we will replace the defective item or refund the paid amount.  

Returned goods are accepted in Riga, Valmieras iela 2.  

Furniture purchased on leasing cannot be returned later. Please check the furniture to ensure it meets your requirements before signing the leasing agreement.  

Refunds are processed within 10 working days or another agreed period.  


24-month quality guarantee


All information about items purchased from SoftRoom.lv is provided in each product description.


Products purchased from SoftRoom.lv have a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, with validity specified in the product description and warranty sheet. When purchasing an item, please ensure its conformity before assembling the furniture.


Product warranty conditions:


the item must be assembled according to the instructions;  

the purchased product must be used for its intended purpose and properly maintained;  

the warranty covers furniture damaged during transportation as well as defects caused by the manufacturer.  


The buyer loses the right to free warranty service in the following cases:


the buyer did not follow the assembly instructions;  

the item is damaged due to the buyer’s fault;  

the furniture was affected by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).  


If you notice a defect during use, please inform us by calling +37122468629 or writing to [email protected]. During the warranty period, SoftRoom.lv will repair or replace defects at its own expense. We commit to fixing the defect or replacing the item within 10–15 working days after claim confirmation.


If hidden defects are discovered during the warranty period (24 months), please photograph them and send them to [email protected]. The manufacturer will review and determine the cause of the damage and whether it meets warranty conditions. We will inform you of the manufacturer’s decision.  


Important:


The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to natural wear and tear.  

If the reason for return is poor quality, we will take responsibility to replace the item free of charge or refund the paid amount.  

Damaged goods are returned or exchanged in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
